WOW Honey is sourced directly from the mountains of Kyrgyzstan, harvested at altitudes of up to 4000 metres above sea level. It is produced in Kyrgyzstan and distributed in the UAE by Roopchand Worldwide LLC.

Yes. Every variety of WOW Honey is 100% raw, unblended and cold-extracted. It is never heated, never pasteurised and contains no additives, preservatives or artificial ingredients of any kind.

Raw honey changes naturally depending on temperature and time. White honey crystallises to a smooth creamy texture — this is completely normal and is a sign that the honey is raw and unprocessed. Never microwave or heat honey as this destroys its natural properties.

White Honey is naturally crystallised to a smooth white cream due to its high fructose content and specific floral source. Natural Honey varieties — Mountain, Barberry and Esparcet — are amber liquid honeys each sourced from a single wild plant species in the Kyrgyz mountains. Both are raw and unblended.

Esparcet (also known as Sainfoin) is a wild flowering plant found in the high valleys of Kyrgyzstan. It blooms for only a few weeks each year, producing a delicate, pale and naturally fine-grained honey that is among the most sought-after varieties in the region.

Barberry grows wild across the mountain ridges of Kyrgyzstan. Its honey is dark amber in colour with a distinctive bright and tangy character — one of the rarest varieties in the WOW collection.

Our White Honey with Royal Jelly is our premium reserve variety — raw white honey enriched with fresh royal jelly sourced from the same mountain hives. Royal jelly is produced exclusively by worker bees to nourish the queen and is naturally rich in proteins, amino acids and vitamins.

Our Fruity Honey range is white Kyrgyz honey blended with real fruit — 85% premium white honey and 15% real fruit. Available in 8 flavours: Apricot, Bee Pollen, Black Currant, Cherry, Ginger & Lime, Raspberry, Seabuckthorn and Strawberry. All are 330g and contain no artificial flavours or colours.

Raw honey has an extremely long shelf life when stored correctly. Each jar has a best before date printed on the label. We recommend consuming within 2 years of the bottling date for best flavour.

Store between 18°C and 24°C at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. This honey is naturally crystallised — temperature stability keeps its creamy texture intact. Do not refrigerate.

Store between 18°C and 25°C away from heat and direct sunlight. These are liquid amber honeys and more stable than white honey, but heat and sunlight can darken the colour and affect the flavour over time. Do not refrigerate.

This is the most temperature sensitive variety in our range. Store between 15°C and 20°C — slightly cooler than the others because royal jelly begins to degrade above 20°C. Keep in the coolest part of your pantry or cupboard, away from heat and light. Do not refrigerate or freeze.

Store between 18°C and 22°C away from direct sunlight. Because these varieties contain real fruit they are slightly more sensitive than pure honey. Direct sunlight can affect the fruit colour and flavour over time. Always keep the lid tightly closed after use.

Yes. We deliver to all emirates across the UAE. Delivery is free on all orders.

Standard delivery within the UAE takes 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email.

We currently ship to GCC countries including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Custom duty charges may apply as per destination country regulations.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, sealed products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of food products, opened jars cannot be returned. Please contact us at info@wowhoney.me with your order number to initiate a return.
