Refund policy
At WOW Honey, operated by Roopchand Worldwide LLC, we take pride in the quality of every jar we ship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unused and in its original sealed condition
- The product is in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Products returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Products not in their original condition or packaging
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@wowhoney.me with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
