ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and a second notification when it has been shipped.
DELIVERY WITHIN THE UAE
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
- Free delivery on all orders over AED 50

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UAE
We currently ship to GCC countries including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees.
