Barberry is a wild thorny shrub that grows across the mountain ridges of Kyrgyzstan. Its honey is rare even in its country of origin — the barberry flowering season is short and the nectar yield is low, making this one of the most limited varieties in our collection.

Dark amber in colour with a distinctive flavour — bold, slightly tangy and bright, balanced by a natural deep sweetness. It is quite different from standard honey and is appreciated by those who enjoy a more complex, characterful taste.

Barberry Honey is naturally liquid due to its composition. It may granulate slowly over time — this is normal for raw honey. Store at room temperature between 18°C and 25°C away from sunlight.
