The short, intense alpine summer concentrates the nectar of wild mountain flora into a honey that crystallises naturally into a smooth, snow-white cream — mild, buttery and extraordinarily clean on the palate. Raw, unblended and unpasteurised, it goes straight from comb to jar with nothing added. Start your morning with a tablespoon and taste the difference altitude makes.

This is completely natural. Kyrgyz White Honey crystallises to a smooth, creamy texture due to its high fructose content — it is a sign the honey is raw and unprocessed. It has not spoiled. Simply leave it at room temperature and enjoy it as it is.

Store between 18°C and 24°C at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not refrigerate — cold temperatures will harden the honey further. Keep the lid tightly closed after each use.

Mild, buttery and clean with a gentle floral sweetness. It is far less sharp than standard honey — the crystallised texture gives it an almost spreadable quality, making it perfect on toast, in yogurt or taken straight from the spoon.
