Royal jelly is a substance produced exclusively by worker bees to nourish the queen bee. It is naturally rich in proteins, amino acids, fatty acids and vitamins. It is one of the most prized natural substances produced by a hive and is what makes this variety our premium reserve.

Each 330g jar contains fresh royal jelly blended through our premium Kyrgyz White Honey. The royal jelly is sourced from the same mountain hives as the honey, ensuring full traceability from hive to jar.

Take one tablespoon daily, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach or stirred into warm (not hot) water. Avoid mixing with boiling water as excessive heat can affect the quality of both the honey and the royal jelly.

This is our most temperature-sensitive variety. Store between 15°C and 20°C in the coolest part of your pantry, away from heat and light. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Keep the lid tightly closed after every use.
